These terms apply to Sideline Research, operated by Joubin Sheed. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Research is intended for adults 18 and older. Operator links are intended for users 21 and older where legally permitted. You are responsible for meeting each operator’s age, location and eligibility requirements. Access to this site does not establish eligibility to bet or trade.

The site provides historical statistics and market information for personal research. It does not provide individualized financial, legal or gambling advice, accept bets or execute trades. Hit rates describe the displayed sample and are not a prediction or guarantee. Filters, exclusions, missing records and hypothetical lines affect the results.

Lines and buy prices can change or be delayed or incomplete. Exchange buy prices represent available asks when observed, exclude fees and can differ from the price you can execute. Historical hit rates and exchange prices measure different things. Alternative contracts can have different settlement rules. Confirm the exact contract, line, fees, rules and current availability with the original operator before taking any action.

Coming-soon previews are illustrative and are not live markets. Features and data sources may be changed or discontinued.

You may use the site for personal research and share its generated research cards or links with their source credits intact. Do not bypass access controls, probe private owner endpoints, disrupt the service, misrepresent results, or use automated extraction to redistribute or commercially resell source data without the necessary permissions.

Third-party data, photos, logos and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Sideline’s access to a provider does not grant you a license to republish that provider’s underlying feed. Source attribution appears on About & credits. Inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The currently available pregame research is free and requires no credit card or visitor account. We do not charge you simply for browsing. Live Props is a coming-soon preview and no subscription is sold through it today.

Before a paid feature launches, its price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be presented before purchase. A preview or use of free research does not authorize a future charge. Any mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity through your account. Use accurate account information and do not share access or impersonate others. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use or want your account deleted. Creating an account does not enroll you in a paid subscription or the Live Props interest list.

Send feedback you have the right to share. You allow us to use it to investigate, respond and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive account details, abusive content or unlawful material. Picks and observations saved on your device remain your responsibility.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as available without promising uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on the site or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict abusive use, attempts to bypass security or activity that infringes others’ rights. You may stop using the site at any time. Clearing your browser data removes locally saved picks and preferences; contact us about information you previously submitted.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any mandatory consumer protections.
